Our Process
Four straightforward steps from quote request to completed foundation hole. We keep it simple so your project stays on schedule.
Submit Your Project Details
Fill out our quote request form with your project information — location, work, approximate hole sizes, and your desired timeline. Only basic information is required to get started.
We Review & Provide a Quote
Our team reviews the project details and prepares a quote based on the scope of work, site conditions, and equipment required. If additional information is needed, we will follow up to confirm the specifications before finalizing the quote.
Project Details Are Confirmed
Once the quote is approved, we confirm final project details including hole diameter, depth requirements, site access, and any known soil conditions. This ensures the correct equipment and crew are scheduled for the job.
Crew & Equipment Are Scheduled
Bedrock schedules the appropriate drilling crew and equipment for your project. When possible, our team performs the work directly. When additional capacity or specialized equipment is required, we leverage our trusted contractor network across Central Texas to keep projects on schedule.
Drilling & Foundation Work Completed
Work is completed on-site according to the project specifications. 811 utility locates are confirmed before drilling begins. Concrete placement, anchor bolt installation, and dirt removal can also be coordinated as part of the project when required.
Standard Terms
We believe in transparency. These are the key terms that govern our work and are included in every quote we issue.
Rock & Obstruction Clause
Base pricing assumes normal drillable soil. If we encounter limestone, boulders, buried concrete, old foundations, or any obstruction requiring specialized drilling techniques, we will pause and notify you. Work beyond normal conditions proceeds only with your authorization and is billed at an agreed hourly or per-foot rate. We do not warrant subsurface conditions.
Mobilization Clause
Pricing includes one mobilization to a site that is ready and accessible. Additional trips due to the site not being ready, rescheduling, or access issues may incur a return mobilization charge.
Utility Safety
811 locate tickets are required before any drilling begins. Private utilities may not be marked by 811 — we recommend private utility locating on any developed site.
